Position: Inside Sales Associate

This is an exciting opportunity for educated and highly ambitious Inside Sales associates. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of driving new business through relationship building via phone and/or face to face meetings, presentations, client events and related social networking. The successful candidate will help to drive new sales through a targeted and comprehensive business plan.

Skills & Attributes
- Inside sales track record of success an advantage
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Superior communication skills, oral and written
- University Degree or equivalent. Preference given to CFA candidates, MBA graduates etc.
- IFIC Canadian Investment Funds Course and/or CSC
- Well organized, with the ability to multi-task and think outside "the box".

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for becoming Emerging Market SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- Maximize client relationships by assessing their business needs and offering creative solutions through Excel mutual fund products, education, and services.
- Maintain and document sales activity to ensure production levels.
- Nurture existing relationships through increased interaction, introduction of sales ideas and marketing support.
- Consult with Investment Professionals to help build their business/production through product knowledge, prospecting and lead generation expertise, industry and competitive data.
- Service small assigned territory toward raising asset level and client satisfaction; via phone sales/service and occasional face to face client/prospect meetings as required.
